Lipo 360 Sculpts Your Entire Midsection
Lipo 360 is a 360-degree liposuction procedure that is intended to treat the full 360 degrees of your midsection. Removal of stubborn fat deposits will get you the best possible result on trimming your waistline because it allows for liposculpture of the sides from both the front and the back.
Imagen uses SmartLipo and VASER Lipo to liquify the fat cells prior to removing your unwanted fat. Energy liquifies the fat, allowing our surgeons to give you a beautiful, hourglass shape.
4D Hi-Def Liposuction
Achieve the six-pack definition you’ve always wanted with Imagen Body Sculpting’s 4D Hi-Def Liposuction procedure, where Dr. Frank Soto — one of few surgeons trained by the technique’s inventor — skillfully reveals your natural muscle definition through precise muscle etching. Our outpatient procedure requires only local anesthesia and oral sedation, eliminating risks associated with general anesthesia while delivering transformative results for those struggling with stubborn abdominal fat despite good fitness and diet regimens.

Am I a Good Candidate for Liposuction?
Liposuction is a body contouring procedure, not a weight-loss method. The people who do best with it are already close to their target weight and want to address specific pockets of fat that have not responded to diet and exercise.
At your consultation our surgeons weigh up several things:
- A stable weight. Results hold best when your weight has been steady rather than fluctuating in the months beforehand.
- Good general health. Conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and bleeding disorders raise surgical risk, so your medical history and current medications — blood thinners in particular — are reviewed first.
- Skin with good elasticity. Skin that retracts well settles smoothly into your new contour. Where laxity is a concern, Renuvion skin tightening can be combined with your liposuction.
- Localised fat deposits. Defined areas — abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, chin — respond far better than generalised fullness.
- Not smoking. Smoking restricts blood flow and slows healing, so stopping well ahead of surgery matters.
- Realistic expectations. Liposuction refines your shape. It is a contouring tool, not a total transformation.
Being slim does not rule you out — see liposuction on thin patients, or compare approaches in our guide to liposuction versus liposculpture.
When Liposuction Is Not the Right Choice
Being straightforward about this matters as much as saying yes. Liposuction is unlikely to give you the result you want if you are significantly above your ideal weight, because it targets specific deposits rather than producing overall weight loss.
Loose or sagging skin is the other common limiting factor. Liposuction removes fat; it does not by itself tighten skin, so where elasticity is poor the skin may settle less smoothly once the underlying volume is gone. A skin-tightening or lifting procedure may suit you better, and we will say so at consultation.
Smokers who are unable to stop, and patients whose weight swings frequently, are also poorly served by the procedure.
What Liposuction Recovery Looks Like
Imagen does not use drain tubes, so expect some leaking from the incision sites at first. This is normal and is generally complete within the first 24 hours. Old towels, incontinence pads on furniture and a shower curtain liner under your sheet will protect your mattress and linens.
Leave your compression garment on the first night — that means no shower until we tell you otherwise. We also want you up and moving early: a short tour of the house every couple of hours while you would normally be awake supports your circulation as you heal.

How Long Do Liposuction Results Last?
Liposuction permanently removes the fat cells it treats. Holding on to that result is a partnership: sensible dietary choices, a consistent exercise routine, and an eye on the scale. Checking your weight roughly once a month rather than daily is enough to catch an upward trend before it works against your contour.

Individual results vary.
