Dr. Frank Soto León is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon and co-founder of Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. He completed his undergraduate and master’s degrees at the University of Nebraska before attending Duke University, where he earned his medical degree and completed residency. Today, he performs thousands of liposuction procedures each year and has trained physicians worldwide in advanced cosmetic surgery techniques. Dr. Soto León is also among a select group of U.S. surgeons trained in 4D Hi-Definition Liposuction by the inventor of the technique.
“I consider myself an adopted Nebraskan. I was born in Colombia and came here as an exchange student at TriCounty High School. I quickly fell in love with the Midwest and its culture, and I decided to stay. I feel honored to serve the beautiful Omaha community through my work. Dr. Jennifer Tighe de Soto is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon and co-founder of Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska before studying medicine at Creighton University. She went on to complete residency at Duke University. Dr. Tighe de Soto performs thousands of procedures each year. She specializes in facial rejuvenation, menopause and hormone optimization, injectables, and treatments designed to enhance natural health & beauty.

Stephanie De La Fuente is a Certified Nursing Assistant and Liposuction Consultant at Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. She earned her CNA at Nebraska Methodist College and brings almost 20 years of experience in healthcare and patient relations. Stephanie focuses on guiding patients through their surgical journey—helping them plan, prepare, and feel confident every step of the way. She is also Imagen’s faja compression garment specialist, ensuring each patient finds the perfect fit and comfort.
“I have one amazing dog, Churrito, who is absolutely spoiled! In my free time, I love being in nature with my boy—whether that’s going for walks in Dundee, camping out of town, or even strolling through outdoor shopping malls. I was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and came to Omaha at the age of 16. Omaha is home, but the beaches of Puerto Vallarta will always have my heart. ¡Hablo Español!”
Janet is the Operating Room Technician at Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. Originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa, she brings both skill and warmth to every surgical experience. Currently pursuing her nursing degree, Janet is passionate about patient care and plays a key role in ensuring each procedure runs smoothly from start to finish.

Sarahi is the Patient Care Coordinator at Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. Born in Omaha and raised in Council Bluffs, she has a warm, approachable style that helps patients feel comfortable and confident as they prepare for their treatments. She plays a key role in ensuring every visit runs smoothly and that each detail of the patient experience is handled with care.

Tabetha is the Clinic Manager at Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, she has lived in Iowa, Rhode Island, and Florida before returning home to the Midwest. With a natural gift for organization and a heart for patient care, Tabetha helps ensure that every experience at Imagen feels seamless, supportive, and personal.

Haidy is part of the Guest Relations team at Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. Originally from Maryland, she now calls Omaha home while studying photography and marketing at the University of Nebraska–Omaha. Known for her cheerful personality and warm smile, Haidy ensures that every patient feels welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Richard Casey has been a trusted part of the Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center team for nearly a decade, providing patients with safe and reliable transportation to and from their surgeries. After retiring from Union Pacific, he was invited to join Imagen through his daughter, Mallorie, who worked with Drs. Frank and Jennifer in the clinic’s early years. Richard’s calm and caring presence helps patients feel at ease on their procedure day.

When they asked me to help with patient transportation, I was honored to become part of the team. Outside of driving for Imagen, I enjoy traveling with my wife, fishing, and staying busy with our many kids and grandchildren.”
Sunny and Churrito (affectionately known as “Churrito Burrito”) are the beloved mascots of Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center. Born in 2019, this brother-sister duo of goldendoodles have grown up alongside the Imagen family and bring endless joy to both the team and our patients.
